Our Chicken Soup Bones are quite meaty, so we suggest cooking them for about an hour (until tender), let cool enough to handle, remove the meat, and continue cooking the bones for 12-24 hours to make a mineral-rich, flavorful broth. Then use the meat in whatever soup you want to make, or save it for a quick freezer meal option. We suggest 1 pack of chicken bones per 2-3 quarts of water.
